About Kids Art Classes

Kids Art Classes helps parents, teachers and homeschoolers discover engaging online art lessons designed to inspire creativity, confidence and joyful learning in children.

We believe art should feel calm, achievable and encouraging — especially for beginners. Through step-by-step creative experiences, children can explore drawing, painting and self-expression at their own pace while building confidence through creativity.

Kids Art Classes proudly recommends Artventure — an Australian-created online art lesson library used in 149 countries since 2012.

Created by artist and educator Kirsty Shadiac, Artventure provides beginner-friendly online art lessons for children aged 4–12, with additional creative pathways for teens through Art Eye Deer.

Lessons are designed to work beautifully:

  • at home
  • in classrooms
  • during homeschool learning
  • for relief teaching
  • for wellbeing and mindful creative time

Children can pause, replay and revisit lessons anytime, allowing them to create without pressure while developing important lifelong skills through art.

Popular lesson styles include:

  • drawing lessons for kids
  • painting activities
  • animal art lessons
  • seasonal creative projects
  • mindfulness-inspired art
  • beginner-friendly step-by-step lessons

At Kids Art Classes, our goal is simple:
to help children feel successful, creative and inspired through art.
