** For updated info on Kirsty's art and kids lessons, go to Artventure or ArtEyeDeer

Kirsty's passion is working with kids, encouraging creative minds, and growing her own artistic ambitions.

Back in 2007, Kirsty founded "Kirsty’s Kids Art" in Paddington (Sydney). In 2010, Kirsty moved back to Adelaide to branch out and start teaching kids art classes in North Adelaide. Kirsty drew on her experience working in various schools, in working with kids with intellectual disabilities and behavioural problems, to create comfortable learning environments.

Kirsty has been a part of several exhibitions and in 2010 she won the SALA (South Australian Living Artists) Festival award as Young Emerging Artist. Kirsty has conducted an extensive number of Artist in Residence Programs in South Australian Primary Schools and has used these experiences to create an online art education resource – www.artventure.com.au. Artventure gives primary school teachers, home educators and parents at home the opportunity to develop their student or child's artistic ability through the extensive library of online art classes for kids! All lessons are based on the Australian National Curriculum and you can try it for free at www.artventure.com.au
